Auditorium:
The auditorium is a large, modern 11m x 16m space perfect for lectures, training events, group gatherings, exercise classes, and more. It seats up to 160 people, with additional space available by opening sliding doors to the lounge.
It features a high-quality projector, professional sound system, and three LED PAR lights, all controlled from a desk at the back.
Cost: $40 – $60 per hour.
Lounge:
The lounge is a 7m x 9m space suitable for meetings, gatherings, groups, and more of up to 60 people. It includes a servery to the kitchen, glass sliding doors to an outside deck, grass area, with a few outdoor picnic tables.
Lounge also features a large TV and sound system, both controllable from the auditorium’s control desk. Small & large tables available for use.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is modern and spacious, with two zips, a large oven and cooktop, a microwave, a sterilizer, a fridge, and a freezer. Kitchen includes an opening hatch to the lounge.
Cost: $20 – $30 per hour.
Foyer/Small Meeting Room:
Whole Complex Hire:
Rent the entire complex for $60 – $100 per hour.
Notes:
– Modern, individual seats can be easily rearranged using the provided trolleys.
– The building meets current consent requirements and is earthquake strengthened to over 67% NBS.
